This role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, building systems, and hotel grounds are maintained in excellent condition to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities.</p><p>• Complete repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.</p><p>• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.</p><p>• Troubleshoot equipment and building system issues.</p><p>• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for guest rooms and hotel equipment.</p><p>• Inspect and service HVAC systems, water heaters, lighting, appliances, and other mechanical systems.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with local building, fire, health, and safety regulations.</p><p>• Maintain exterior appearance of the property, including parking areas, walkways, landscaping, and outdoor lighting.</p><p>• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required.</p><p>• Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent required.</p><p>• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial facilities.</p><p>• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.</p><p>• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.</p><p>• Basic computer skills for work order tracking and communication.</p><p><strong>Why Join Extreme Hospitality</strong></p><p>At Extreme Hospitality, we don’t just manage hotels we unlock their full potential.
